A “Key” to the city recognized and honored the recipient.
The Keys are desirable. Can God give keys to heaven?
Yes, God is Sovereign. It’s His Kingdom. All His world.
Think a moment. Why was Peter given the Kingdom keys?
What did Peter say? “You are the Son of God!”
How did Peter know? God revealed this truth to him.
Wonder. Would God give you the keys of the Kingdom?
Is it only Peter exclusively who received God’s Kingdom keys?
